Total Funds Committed to Our Community Programs during 2010 was $67,832

Law Ride by the Blue Knights - $500.00 spent
This program provides financial support to Georgia fallen officer’s families.

Shelby Ride by the Wild Pigs - $500.00 spent
This program provided financial support to metro Atlanta fallen officer’s families.

Back to School Program - $600.26 spent
This program provided back to school supplies for elementary and middle school children in Cobb, Cherokee, Paulding, and Douglas County.

Sgt. Brent Stephens Fundraiser – Raised $25,000.00
This program raised enough funds to create two $10,000.00, 529 accounts for Sgt. Stephens two young children. We also gave Sgt. Stephens widow, Lori a check for $5,000.00 at Christmas.

FOP Community Outreach Program - $5,607.85 spent
This program purchased coloring books, crayons, pens & pencils, as well as other promotional items to be given out at community and school events. Monies distributed throughout Cobb, Cherokee, Paulding, & Douglas Counties.

BSA Troop 638 - $300.00 spent
Financial support to a local Boy Scout troop.

Easter Seals Northeast Donation - $100

Cobb Safe Kids Donation - $100
This program provides safety training for kids in Cobb County elementary schools.

Cobb County Candy Cane Hunt - $457.20 spent
This program provides an exciting event for over 800 kids from around Cobb County. The lodge purchase all of the candy canes used each year.

Easter Egg Hunt - $300 spent
This program provides an exciting event for over 1000 kids from around Cobb County. We provide prizes and treats for the event.

FOP Cops & Kids Program - $20,122.40 spent
This program provided Christmas to approximately 275 kids.

Lodge 13 Food Baskets - $8,446.24 spent
This program provided food baskets at Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We distributed approximately 600 food baskets to needy families in Cobb, Cherokee, Douglas, and Paulding.

Law Enforcement Memorial (Marietta, GA) - $325.05 spent
This event is held each May to remember our fallen Officers in Cobb County.

Washington DC Law Enforcement Memorial - $2,194.57 spent
This funding allows our members to attend the national event in Washington D.C. and assist with the families of fallen officers.

Steak Cookout - $2,051.23 spent
This event is hosted to foster relationships between various agencies and judicial departments. Approximately 140-160 people normally attend the event.

Lodge 13 Sick & Distressed Fund - $627.20 spent
This fund provided support to three Cobb Officers in distress.

During 2011 we hope to do more with the Woodstock Police Dept., Paulding County S.O., Kennesaw Police, Sandy Springs Police, and Douglas County S.O.. During 2010 we fostered some new relationships with various contacts in these agencies and we hope to reach more areas and kids as a result.
