memberships have full life coverage insurance provided by the State

The lodge
bylaws state the members will keep an updated beneficiary record on
file with the lodge secretary/treasurer for payment should the
member pass away. Failure to update you beneficiary records
with accurate information including date of birth & social security
can result in our insurance carrier denying benefits.

provided to Retired Members at the $25.00 rate. A retired member’s
dues are subsidized by the funds from the Telemarketer account. It
is expected that retired members would not have legal coverage as
they no longer work the streets.

Membership Update
It is critical
that we receive accurate, up to date contact
information on our members. Periodically we
mail items such as membership cards, change of
beneficiary cards, etc. to our members for update.
Typically when we send out letters to our 400+
members we receive close to 100 back as
undeliverable. Please make sure your contact
information is accurate so nothing falls through the
cracks.
