per member and will be implemented in $1 increments over the
next 3 years.
The lodge received a thank you
note from the Cobb County Explorers Post for the members
donation.
Brother
Gaynor reviewed the current financial condition of the lodge.
No major bills are due.
Fee's for
use of the lodge during 2010 will be as follows: Members -
$50 p/event, Non-Members $100 p/event. This increase
is in response to higher utility and other maintenance costs.
2010 lodge
due's of $75 should be paid now. Members
need to complete a new beneficiary form with payment of due's.
Failure to have an up to date beneficiary form could result in a
denial of death benefits.

Members "do not"
need the approval of the legal committee if you are
involved in a critical / use of force incident. The member or his
representative holds sole responsibility for contacting one of our four
attorney's should the
need arise.
If you are in need of an attorney for any other purpose a member of the Legal
Committee must be called before contacting an attorney. If you do not clear the
contact of an attorney through the Legal Committee the Lodge will not pay for
the legal services.
