The next regular scheduled Lodge meeting is Wednesday,
April 4th at 4:30pm. Five Officers and Twenty members were present
during the February Meeting.
The session was opened with a prayer and the pledge. Brother
Sherman won the $50 attendance award.

The time has come to pay your
2007 FOP dues. Please send a check for the amount of $78
to FOP Lodge 13, P.O. Box 360, Marietta Ga. 30061. Please
send your due's "Before" April 1st to avoid a $5 late fee. We hope every
member realizes the value of a membership in our lodge.
The most important benefit is access to a lodge attorney should the need arise.
Where else can you get legal representation for only
$78 per year.

financial condition of the lodge was presented by

Brother Gordy Kilgore was
successful in getting his medical insurance
restored at the time of his retirement.
This was accomplished with the use of a lodge
attorney.

passed away.
Brother Cecil Cahela is in Kennestone Hospital.
Brother R.C. Cole (Cobb P.D.) is in Kennestone Hospital fighting
kidney & heart problems.

Members "do not"
need the approval of the legal committee if you are
involved in a critical / use of force incident. The member or his
representative holds sole responsibility for contacting one of our four
attorney's should the
need arise.
If you are in need of an attorney for any other purpose a member of the Legal
Committee must be called before contacting an attorney. If you do not clear the
contact of an attorney through the Legal Committee the Lodge will not pay for
the legal services.
